Our industrial park's current tenant base is quite varied. The size of each facility varies according to their needs. The leases range between a half-acre to ten acres. The park's primary base consists of oilfield related and industrial type businesses such as fabrication, welding, auto repair, sand blasting, machine shop, and electric motor & generator repair. We are proud of the overall variety of other businesses that we host, including: a florist, a banking institution, two truck stop/restaurant/casino facilities, a retail motorcycle shop, a full nursery/landscaping facility, four trucking companies, a fence supply and installation company, a bottled water distributor, a brick distributor, a mobile home mover, a sporting goods store, an offshore catering company, an electric company, a church, a non-profit organization lodge, as well as several private leases.
